Roadrunner's primary service area extends up to 25 miles from Leeds, AL. For jobs between 25-50 miles from Leeds, we charge a 20% travel fee. We do not typically accept jobs beyond 50 miles from Leeds unless it is a large project.

Yes, Roadrunner warrants workmanship and materials supplied by Roadrunner per the scope of work of the contract for 1 year from project completion.This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, misuse, acts of nature, manufacturer defects, work altered by others, or issues related to existing conditions.For client-supplied materials, Roadrunner warrants only their labor (not materials) per the scope of work of the contract for 1 year from project completion.Warranty claims do not include consequential or incidental damages.

Roadrunner accepts the following payment methods: cash, check, credit card, Zelle, CashApp, and Paypal.

For small jobs requiring minimal materials, we do not typically require a deposit. However, Roadrunner reserves the right to require a deposit prior to work being performed in order to cover upfront costs for materials.In the case of cancellation of the agreed upon work, deposits may be non-refundable for any materials purchased that are unable to be returned for any reason outside of Roadrunner’s control.

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.In the event that the Client chooses to cancel the job after Roadrunner has already begun the work, the Client is responsible for paying Roadrunner for their time invested up to that point as well as the cost of any materials used that cannot be recouped.
